Cheetah Industries will warrant the original purchaser that this Cheetah machine is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use continuing for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This Warranty applies to the original registered purchaser and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, Cheetah Industries will repair or replace at their option, without charge to Purchaser, any defective component part of the Cheetah machine.  To obtain service under this limited warranty, the purchaser must contact Customer Support at (805) 227-0624, to determine the problem.

This warranty DOES NOT cover the following:

Maintenance items: (excluding defects in materials and workmanship) air and fuel filter.

Extra expenses including handling, travel, payment for lost time or pay and for any inconvenience  and storage.

Alterations or modifications including aftermarket parts not authorized by Cheetah Industries.

Accident, abuse, neglect, misuse, negligence, improper fuels, lubricants, fuel mixtures (when applicable), or failure to            operate or maintain the product in  accordance with instructions approved by Cheetah Industries.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Cheetah Industries shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the warranty period as defined in the limited warranty statement. Cheetah Industries reserves the right to change or improve the design of the product without notice and does not assume obligation to update previously manufactured products. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. It is the Owner’s  responsibility to make sure the Warranty Registration Card is properly filled out and mailed to Cheetah Industries. Proof of purchase and registration will be required in order to obtain warranty service.

How to get your Cheetah Machine repaired:

If your Cheetah Machine stops working, please refer to the Cheetah Shop manual and the troubleshooting guide. If the problem cannot be solved, please call Cheetah Industries (805) 227-0624 (Pacific Coast Time, Hours 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday). We want to help you get your Cheetah Machine working and back controlling rodents.

If a Cheetah Machine needs to be returned for service or repair,  Cheetah Industries will provide the Purchaser with the information on how to package the Cheetah and where to ship for service. Cheetah Industries will not pay for any professional packaging. If the original box is unavailable, secure as best you can. Upon authorization of the warranty repair, Cheetah Industries will pay return freight, UPS ground only, within the Continental United States. If the Cheetah is under warranty we will also reimburse the Purchaser the cost to ship the Cheetah to us, UPS ground only.
